SHARE A SMILE, NOT A HANDSHAKE!

The health and safety of our patients and staff are always our top priority. We understand there are growing concerns around Coronavirus (COVID-19) so we wanted to update our community on the steps we always take to keep you healthy when visiting our office and provide you with general hygiene recommendations in accordance with the latest CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) guidelines.

Trobough Dental has always adhered to the strict guidelines mandated by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) when it comes to infectious disease control and prevention. Our office will continue to follow these strict guidelines which are to prevent the spread and transmission of bloodborne pathogens and viruses, including the Coronavirus COVID-19.

For your health precautions, We recommend the following practices:

If you are not feeling well, we ask that you stay at home and rest. Let us know if you need to reschedule your appointment at your earliest convenience and we will happily accommodate you.

Upon entering our office, please wash your hands with soap and water for at least 30 seconds.

Avoid touching your face. This is harder than it seems, but did you know that the average person touches their face hundreds of times per day? Limiting this will keep yourself and others, healthy.

Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue or into your elbow,
NOT your hands, and throw the tissue in the trash.

If possible, do not hug or shake hands to avoid the spread of any virus.
We recommend sharing a smile with someone instead.

Face-masks are to be used by healthcare providers and people who show symptoms of COVID-19 ONLY.
If you are healthy, you do not need one.
Masks are vital to protecting healthcare providers who work with patients.

Know the signs and symptoms:
fever, weakness, cough, and shortness of breath.
It is lower respiratory focused, not upper like the typical runny nose/sore throat/congestion symptoms.
